Experience a rich, carefully crafted three-course menu to accompany three Barrel of Monks favorites.
Our appetizer will feature their Raspberry Wizard Wit, pink in color with a subtle smack of raspberry and kiss of coriander and orange peel. We will be pairing this with a brie sformato and beer nuts drizzled in a sweet and aromatic orange fennel marmalade.
The entree portion will highlight their Three Fates Tripel, a spicy and floral beer with a hint of hop. This beer is made with a special Belgian yeast strain that helps give a very unique flavor profile; dimensional yet balanced.
The Three Fates Tripel has been said to be a Belgian classic with American twist, similair to our entree: Mussels and Pretzel Frites, natural broth, fine herbs and mustard aoili.
For dessert, we will be serving their limited release 1801 Koffie Saison, a Black Saison infused with a healthy dose of whole bean coffee, accompanied by a Belgian chocolate custard topped with fresh raspberry, and waffle crisp.
