Join us on May 1st at 6:00pm to meet Amanda Mailey the brewer of Florida’s very own Red Cypress. Originally from St. Pete, Amanda Mailey moved to Orlando to attend UCF and has been with Red Cypress since day one. After starting in the taproom, she moved over to production as a keg washer. She quickly moved her way up and is now their lead brewer. Fun Fact: Her go-to Red Cypress beer is Spook Hill Pale Ale.
