If you love great beer paired with a gastronomic menu that’ll keep you going all day & reminiscing all week, you’re not gonna want to miss this! Join us along with Wynwood Brewing on Sunday, February 25th from 11 AM to 3 PM for our Wynwood Brewing Infused Beer Brunch! Our very own, Chris Mercer, has created a menu using Wynwood beers as one of the primary ingredients. Here’s the goods:
•La Rubia pancakes served a with nutella raspberry La Rubia reduction, hazelnut dust and whipped cream.
-Paired with Hazelnut La Rubia-
•Lager waffles with crispy-fried chicken and a peach, cherry pepper, citrus glaze.
-Paired with Lock On Lager-
•Porter braised Short Rib served with a sweet potato/potato hash. Topped with 2 eggs cooked to preference and rosemary crema.
-Paired with Pops Porter-
